Description


  • To maintain financial records including expenses, purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
  • Creating and analysing financial reports
  • Ensuring legal requirements compliance
  • Processing accounts payable and received
  • Managing invoices and tax payments

Responsibilities

  • Invoicing
  • Payroll and compensation
  • Inventory management
  • Auditing and reconciling third party supplier invoices
  • Posting to various accounts using accounting software solutions
  • Ensuring prompt revenue collection by field officers
  • Producing various financial reports
  • Preparing budgets and comparing performances with budgets promptly and accurately
  • Preparing balance sheet and profit and loss accounts

Job Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc in Accounting or relevant field
  • 4 - 6 years experience in similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting procedure
  • Outstanding analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands on experience with spread-sheets and other relevant software
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to details
  • Self motivated and can work with little supervision
  • Ability to present reports and advice to principal, partners and directors.
