About the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to work with this great organization that fosters a family ambience. The person in this role will be responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of the school's extra/co-curricular activities.
What will you do?
- Develop a robust co-curricular program for primary and secondary students.
- Identify and partner with external vendors on specific co-curricular activities.
- Identify activities that can be held in-house and assign coordinators for those programs.
- Develop and manage the co-curricular timetable for primary and secondary schools.
- Monitor and appraise the various co-curricular programs offered by the vendor partners and in-house coordinators.
- Manage the co-curricular budgets in all areas and liaise with the accounts staff on payments.
- Follow up with accounts on student payments for activities and notify relevant vendors.
- Develop and monitor a co-curricular registration process.
- Work closely with representatives from the primary and secondary sections to ensure the successful rollout of the programs.
- Maintain a database of students with selected co-curricular options.
- Develop co-curricular plans and policies.
- Conduct reviews of the co-curricular programs to ensure that activities are varied and popular, monitoring student engagement
- Oversee the organization and execution of co-curricular events and competitions in the school.
- Prepare periodic reports on co-curricular activities, including spending, and share with the Vice Principal, General Education.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and challenges escalated.
- All other duties assigned.
About You
- You have Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- You have a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a coordinator or in an organizing function.
