- We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
- The Administrative officer will be a Planning and Strategic officer managing and supporting organizational focus and goals. If you have previous experience, accretive and compliance driven with the right attitude, this is for you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare regular budgeting and expenses reports.
- Custodian of office correspondent for both internal and external clients.
- Advice and plan office organization.
- Manage office supplies and place orders.
- Other duties as directed by the CEO.
Requirements
- 1-2 years proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
- Solid knowledge of office procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must leave within Lekki or environ
- Age: 20 - 30.
