  • Heading office task such filing, generating reports ,presentations, setting up for meetings.
  • Providing real-time scheduling supports by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements such as booking flights and making hotels and restaurants reservations.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to appropriate party.
  • Using computer to generate reports, transcribing minutes from meetings, creating presentations.
  • Greets and assist visitors.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an F.S.L.C qualification with 1 - 5 years relevant work experience.
