job description - Administrative Executive
- The Administrative Officer shall take part in activities and efforts in dealing with both internal and external correspondences.
- Generation, circulation and coordination of information, memos and letters.
- Scheduling, attending and recording of minutes of meetings, official sessions, etc.
- Monitor and evaluate the activities of contractors, vendors with reference to project scope and specification.
- Ensure proper filing, inventory and stock documentation.
- Generation and rendition of all relevant Reports to Management.
- Coordinate all official movements /trips both going and coming using company vehicles and drivers as well as staff local and international itinerary.
- Oversee the optimum upkeep of all office facilities, equipment, infrastructure and vehicle.
- Ensure proper management of office.
- Provide support by tracking staff punctuality, productivity and performance, etc.
- Provide HR administrative support.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience.
