Responsibilities
- Acting as the point of contact for employees and managing their queries.
- Providing administrative support.
- Managing office stock.
- Preparing regular reports.
- Organizing companies records.
- Performing other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Ideal Candidate
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with relevant work experience.
- Must have a working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.
- Must be loyal and trustworthy.
- Must be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
