job description - Application Support Officer (Hygiene)
- Design, develop and execute all the relevant applicable SOP's.
- To implement the right process of product usage at customers site
- Responsible for customer site audits and conduct trials of new and existing products customers.
- Provide necessary training to the customers personnel for continuous improvement on the usage of products and maintain food safety standards of the company.
- To work on technical support, training and Food Safety audit as per Organizational Requirement and feedback of sales and marketing team.
- Detailed root cause study for any product variation and customer complaints and to submit report of the same to Management.
- To assess the various information tools, identify improvement opportunities and pinpoint bottleneck areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures across the department in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
- Job is to support the Sales and Marketing group with product trials, training, technical specification and recommendation.
- To implement high quality standards and to support customers meet their hygiene needs and provide necessary training for continuous improvement on overall hygiene, quality and productivity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc/HND in Food Sc. Technology. Microbiology, Chemistry, Industrial/Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineerin.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the Quality Control/QA department of a manufacturing company.
- Experience working in a Hygiene- Household, industrial & institutional environment.
- Requires extensive travelling within the territory of Nigeria / West Africa.
