job description - Assistant Manager, Outsourced Services


  • Reporting to the Manager and Partner Outsourced Services. The role holder would assist the Manager in all aspects of managing and delivering of outsourced services and engagements to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements.
  • Advice clients on issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
  • Prepare and issue bills, receipts, and invoices according to established procedures.
  • Carry out all bank related transactions.
  • Sort incoming payments.
  • Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.
  • Prepare account Payables and account receivables aging report.
  • Calculate and issue intercompany invoices.

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any relevant field with a minimum of second-class upper or upper credit.
  • Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria or its equivalent.

Other Requirements:

  • Five (5) years relevant post NYSC experience
  • Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria or its equivalent
  • Good analytical skills
  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Good IT skills, competent user of Microsoft Office and IT applications
  • Communication skills.
  • Change management skills.
