We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Blockchain Development Coordinator/Trainer to join our coordinating team at Agulite!
As a Blockchain Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for satisfying the training needs of Agulite participants that use the agility platform. The coordinator is responsible for the implementation, and evaluation of training activities during the training sessions, with help and supervision from the company and instructors.

Blockchain Development Coordinator Job Description: Job duties and responsibilities
- Conduct, plan, and coordinate training to a variety of audiences.
- Provides feedback and coaching to participants as part of the learning experience.
- Scores weekly tests, track and report participants activities.
- Assists in measuring the effectiveness of learning
- Checks and tests for understanding
- Assists in educating employees on the use of the Agulite Learning Management System
- Collaborate with the administrative team to assess, design, develop and maintain training solutions and component
REQUIREMENTS
- Is a Blockchain Development expert with experience and a robust portfolio
- Previous experience as a coordinator/trainer will be an added advantage
- Provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Works hard for the success of others
- Is an active listener and has the ability to follow up
- Must have attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player, results-oriented, flexible to adapt to a variety of situations and engages in collaborative goal setting
- Time management skills (i.e., prioritization, timely follow-up, with other responsibilities and meets deadlines)
