Responsibilities
- The job responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and providing various reports and summaries including operational drive and trend to the operation manager;
- Assist in developing compliance with accounting procedures, systems, and practices, communicate with restaurants/hotels regarding the discrepancies found in daily/weekly reporting and ensure resolution of outstanding issues;
- Works with manager to ensure reporting variances;
- Prepare various reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends;
- Proposes and implements process improvement for areas of responsibility and completes the monthly closing process.
- Assist in the recording of Hotel Revenue and Expenses
- Assist in the monitoring of hotel inventories
- Assist in the general administration of the hotel.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum of an HND qualification with relevant work experience.
- Reside within Ogba, Ojodu, Ikeja and Agege axis.
