- Analyze new training needs and users' preference
- Coordination of the training programs of the unit.
- Sourcing of training faculties
- Supervision of training by ensuring that set standards are met.
- Marketing of training programs.
Requirements
- The ideal applicant will possess a four year Degree in a related field and / or the equivalent with 3-5 years of training or teaching experience.
- Technical (ICT) training experiences .
- Certification in professional ICT Programs
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, including the clear and logical expression of ideas.
- Ability to maintain adequate delivery satisfaction to drive program success.
- Experience in innovative training development and marketing
- Experience in Research, Sales and Marketing.
