- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Knowledge and use of different sales management platforms to generate leads and turn same into active customers
- Working of Nigeria and other African markets/countries
- Driven and self-starter
Requirements
- Qualification: MBA, MSC in Marketing, Social Sciences, Arts, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Candidate should have at least 10 years of work experience in the research consulting industry
- Solid pedigree of performance and revenue delivery
- Knowledge and use of different sales management platforms to generate leads and turn same into active customers
- Working of Nigeria and other African markets/countries
- Driven and self-starter
- A hands-on experience in the Market research industry is key.
