- Manage/lead team of Technical Sales Executives.
- Develop growth strategies and plans.
- Manage and retain relationships with key/existing clients.
- Increase client base.
- Have in-depth knowledge of products and value propositions.
- Negotiate with stakeholders.
- Identify and mapping business strength and customer needs.
- Research business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Follow industry trends locally and internationally.
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Update activities on ERP (Odoo).
- Any other job assigned by management.
Requirements
- B.Sc qualification in Civil / Chemical Engineering, Architecture or Chemistry, other qualifications may be considered.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing or any related discipline.
- 5-7 years experience in sales and marketing of construction services, or products.
- Good knowledge of the construction industry
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to deliver attractive presentations with good communication skills.
- Ability to drive and must be ready for extensive travel.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software, preferably Odoo is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
