job description - Business Development Manager

  • We seek to employ experienced and qualified Business Development Manager to pilot the affairs of the Business Team.

Responsibilties

  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
  • Strong understanding of company or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirementsand Skills

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Time management and planning skills.
