Develop channels to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing new customers and managing old accounts allocated to you for increased sales and profits in existing and new selling territories.
Responsible for marketing and promoting the brands in your territories to achieve full channel coverage.
Design and present tactical territory sales and marketing plans on a quarterly basis.
Work with channel partners to develop and increase market share for our brands.
Create and expand product knowledge to our channel partners, stylists/beauticians, and consumers.
Be responsible for driving the business within your allocated territory
Daily, weekly & monthly reporting on key sales metrics, competitive information, and general territory activity.
The role is field-based, as 95% of the work schedule is needed to acquire new customers.
Requirements
Academic qualification of either an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree
Must have 2-3 years experience
Applicant must stay within Gbagada, Lagos island, Somolu, Bariga, Ketu, Alapere axis, Lagos Island, Ikeja, and Palm Grove, Trade fair Ojo.
Remuneration
Basic Salary N70,000 / Month with added bonuses
HMO plan after 3 months of employment
Staff Bus to convey Staff from the Office to the venue of marketing and back.
