- Lead the staff team in providing excellent services and maximizing profit
- Manage day-to-day operations including closing procedures, staff behaviour, and customer intake procedures
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
- Resolve staff disputes
- Monitoring daily activities of every department
- Adhering to budget plans
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
- Handling Smooth running of activities and management
- Promoting high levels of customer service
- Ensure all staff are complying with occupational health and safety regulations
Requirements
- A minimum academic qualification of either HND or B.Sc. Degree in any field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Effective Managerial Skills.
