  • We require the services of a Business Development Manager that oversees strategy and operations, and potentially human resources, finance, marketing, and business development too
  • You are to efficiently communicate company goals and visions as well as to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments in achieving these goals
  • Ultimately, you’re to lead the team toward maximum productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive strategic plans for business growth and optimized productivity in the operations.
  • Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement.
  • You also second as compliance; to uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality.
  • Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives.
  • Developing marketing and sales targets and frameworks.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals.
  • Ensure strict compliance to quality of products/services as well as company ground rules.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Uphold brand quality and standards.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a similar area.
  • About three (3) years of proven sales experience in business or a related area.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines.
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
  • Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments.
  • Good Writing Skills.
  • Proven administrative experience is a plus
