- We are looking for a Chef that is highly experienced in the preparation, and presentation of African and intercontinental dishes according to the best and most professional practices.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
- Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer.
- Managing and working closely with other Chefs at all levels
- Creating menu items, and recipes and developing dishes, ensuring variety and quality
- Determining food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering
- Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with at least 2 years of work experience.
