job description - Client Relation Manager
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
- Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Department
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
- Updating the records and reconciling client accounts.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Any other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND
- Must have 2 to 4 years job experience in Client Relationship management.
- Recognized Degree and Certification.
- Must have skills in problem solving
- Must have fluency in English Language and any other local dialete.
- Ability to Multi Task
- Good proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong Verbal and Communication skills
- Ability to work on long hours due to the nature of the project
