  • Applications are invited from interested employees to fill the vacant post of Client Service Manager (Security Services, Abuja Region). The post will be based at the Operations Department, G4S Office, Abuja, Nigeria.

Job Requirements
Qualification:

  • Relevant Security Management related Degree / Diploma

Experience required:

  • Delivering services in a large and complex Client’s focused and public organization
  • Managing significant change programs
  • Security Operations development

The successful candidate must:

  • Be able to provide trained, equipped, motivated, and well-managed personnel.
  • Be able to apply customer quality management systems.
  • Be effective and professional in the day-to-day supervision of all activities on-site and to ensure a well-motivated security officer that is capable of meeting the demands of the customer.
  • Be able to daily liaison and plan with the security manager.
  • Possess and apply the highest level of business ethics and professionalism at all times.
  • Be able to provide sound and informed advice to the security manager on all cultural, religious, and customary issues.
  • Be able to execute all duties and responsibilities as set out in the site procedures and customer policy.
  • Take accurate control of wage control.
  • Ensure that the disciplinary code and procedures are used by the customer policy where disciplinary action is required.
  • Be able to identify potential business opportunities through consultation and cooperation with the Sales Team.
  • Be able to arrange and conduct meetings with new and existing business prospects, in conjunction with the Sales Team where appropriate, to market G4S integrated security solutions.
  • Be able to conduct/arrange site surveys to identify risks and develop appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Possess vast knowledge and awareness of Abuja and Northern Nigeria Business environment and Security market/industry
  • Be able to speak and communicate effectively in the Hausa Language

Knowledge and understanding of:

  • Legal, regulatory, ethical, and social requirements relevant to a Country service delivery
