?Job Description
?•Reviewing and managing the company Default list
?•Using Available channels to Contact customers, sending reminders and informing them of their overdue.
?•Advising customers of payment options and suggesting methods of payments
?•In charge of customer education about company credit products
?•Negotiating suitable payments plan
?•Work with the Credit and Risk team across the group to deliver world-class Credit operations.

?Qualifications
?•Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Management, or a similar discipline.
?•Previous experience working as a Collections Officer or loan officer.
?•Strong business knowledge and industry experience in the country of operation
?•Must be a team player and ready to share insights from experience
?•Excellent negotiating skills and ability to manage customers and company expectations.
?•Knowledge of payment plans, recovery remedies and debt management methods
?•Familiarity with state debt collection laws.
