job description - Customer Service Officer
- Monitor all international express shipments
- Ensure the pick up of import Express Shipments
- Resolve all issues and complaints concerned with in international shipments
- Process monthly invoice for partners and refunds for customers.
- Note: Kindly be informed that the started position is a contract role for 3 months with possible retainment, based on performance.
Qualifications
- NCE / OND in any discipline
- 0 - 1 year work experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft word.
