job description - Customer Service Officer / Merchandiser
- Attend to customers inquiries, and requests Stock and replace products to avoid damages.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products.
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
- Prepare store display and make sure products are accurately labelled.
- Process customers order and payment in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc qualification.
- 1 to 2 years working experience in a supermarket.
- Must be computer literate.
- Excellent Customer facing skill.
- Good communication skill.
