job description - Customer Service Representative


  • The Space is looking to hire a customer service executive for our client.
  • As a customer service executive you are the client's primary point of contact who helps customers with complaints and questions, gives customers information about products and services, takes and processes orders e.t.c.
  • Our ideal candidate must be emotionally intelligent and must maintain a calm composure at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Generate sales leads
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Requirements

  • Must be presentable
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service executive
  • Minimum qualification of B.Sc
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems.
