- We are hiring Male Customer Service Representatives to manage customer queries and complaints.
- You will also be asked to process orders and modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
- To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and ensure they are appropriately sent to the Operations Staff and sent to the group chat.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our Product Services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of Ordinary National Diploma (OND), HND, General education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Self-motivated and deliveringquality work and is proactive
- Ability to self-manage and self-motivate. Must be a self-starter
- Fast and accurate in typing
- Dynamic and enthusiastic person with good written and verbal communication skills
- Persuasion and Influencing skills, strong negotiating skills
- Good work organization, time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work quickly, methodically and accurately
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Should be a resident of Lagos state ONLY!
Remuneration
- N50,000 per month Salary for Initial 2 - 3 months of Probation & Training. N100,000 per month after the period of probation
- Added Incentives regularly
- HMO to be discussed
