- Issuing of PO’s
- Daily requests for reports
- Submitting invoices to the accounts department
- Data entry and monitoring
- Invoice data entry into the database
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Economics, Law or any other discipline.
- 3 years experience in a reputable organization.
- Strong Organizational skills with problem solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to details
- Experience in office management software like MS Office, Windows and Exchange.
- Good record keeping/document filing skills
- Must have working knowledge of SAP.
