job description - Driver Welfare Manager
- Supervision of welfare Analyst
- Identifies drivers at risk, and pushes to welfare Analyst to resolve
- Assign drivers to welfare Analysts
- Ensure HMO is updated in line with SLA
- Ensure that accidental driver is getting medical care
- Ensure all newly activated champions are insured within the stipulated timeframe
- Organize Welfare Townhalls.
Compliance:
- Responsible for Activation compliance
- Ensure that Champions adhere strictly to all MAX safety protocols
- Responsible for adherence to TAT for emergency response
Relationship Management:
- Demonstrate Ambassadorship
- Develop and Maintain a Personal Network with Champions
- Conduct regular need assessments for Champions as well as for MAX
- Help to develop a framework for improving the Champion experience
Maintenance / Support:
- Ensures that Champions show up for routine maintenance
Report and Administration Management:
- Ensures that the daily activity tracker is updated
- Ensures that end-of-day report on all metrics is completed
Required Qualifications
- A Degree in related fields, minimum of an HND
- Proven experience working in operations as a lead
- Demonstrated high computer literacy: particularly with programs in Microsoft Office
- 3 years and above work experience.
