• Responsible for managing the online presence of the business to expand customer base.
• The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of ecommerce product management.
• Through managing the overall web process, this individual will own and execute the product assortment strategy needed to maximize sales, customer acquisition and retention.

Responsiblities

• Implement strategies to encourage sales on online platforms.
• Transform social media sites to profitable platforms.
• Responsible for regular reporting on website performance and customer experience metrics-optimizing site operations,
• Identify opportunities, and suggesting strategies to achieve sales growth.
• Own daily reporting for web performance-tracking all major KPI to plan
• Strategically plan product collections, pages, content updates and featured shops based on inventory needs and marketing priorities
• Responsible for optimizations to navigation, collections, search, and homepage
• Plan marketing calendar
• Support paid social team with updates around product launches, collaborations, selling reports.
• Monitor competitive landscape and site benchmarks.
• Own web processes including: content updates, merchandising, promotional updates, and QA.
• Manage product launch calendar
• Work closely with internal resources to create products and launch on site.
• Must be up to date with relevant trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role
• Previous experience within the hospitality industry will be highly desirable
• Expert understanding of Excel (advanced reporting), PC Skills, including MS Office, and MS Outlook
• Merchandising, accounting, and/or business experience a plus
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, dealing with ambiguity.
