job description - Enterprise Sales Executive


?ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

?1. Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of sales functions
?a. Developing sales strategies and meeting sales targets.
?b. Identifying sales opportunities and developing sales leads.
?c. Preparing and delivering sales pitches.
?d. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
?e. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
?f. Negotiate and close deals - negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for both the client and organization
?g. Meeting revenue and profit-based sales targets.

?2. Maintain strong knowledge of products and services offered as well as industry trends
?a. Consulting with OEM and management on product offerings.
?b. Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
?c. Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.

?3. Assume responsibility for managing and meeting clients’ requirements.
?a. Setting up meetings with the prospective clients
?b. Presenting product/ service demonstrations to the client
?c. Build and maintain cordial relationships with clients and prospects
?d. Attend sales meetings and give clarity on technical questions clients might have.
?e. Determine client’s business requirements and advise on a suitable product that meets client’s needs.
?f. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
?g. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
?h. Initiating after-sales technical support based on client requirements and feedback.
?i. Maintain and expand client database.

?4. Assume responsibility for internal communications on sales activities.
?a. Presenting findings to the technical team to act on.
?b. Completes required reports and related documents promptly and accurately. Ensures the accuracy of all reports and accounting records.

?QUALIFICATIONS

?EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: B.Sc, B.Eng, B.An in a relevant field.


?REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Good proficiency level of Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.


?EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of three years experience in IT sales


?SKILLS/ABILITIES:

 Strong interpersonal, public relations and presentation skills.
?Excellent customer service and sales skills.
?Excellent phone and presentation skills.
?Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
?Understanding of marketing skills and tactics
?Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
