job description - Executive Assistant / Account Manager
- We seek to employ experienced and qualified Executives Assistant/Account manager to pilot and manage the office of the MD/CEO. And he or she must be able to promote the company's image, products and services effectively to our client.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Manage the office of MD/CEO
- Manage the executive account s, Birthdays and distribution of gifts
- Attend meetings, write and give reports of all activities
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meeting accordingly.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Any other assignment that might be given by the MD/CEO..
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of HND / B.Sc in Computer Science or any other related field.
- Must have at least 2 years of customer relations knowledge.
- Knowledge of basic hardware and software.
- Proven experiences as an IT solutions is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
