• We need the expertise of a experienced process supervisor. Whose job would be to see to the daily departmental activities on the farm.
• We expect the person to have outstanding managerial skills, with major experience on business development, profit maximization and staff welfare

Remunerations

• The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Business Management, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Extension, Agronomy, Agricultural Science or any other related field.
• Candidate must be able to work on the farm and work with people from different educational background and agre bracket.
• Understanding of poultry farm management is a plus. But we would rather you have general farm/people management skills. Also you should be able to use basic IT applications.
