job description - Front Desk / Social Media Officer
- Professionally represent the company as the first point of contact to guests, clients and students.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable and equipped with all necessary supplies.
- Build customer relationship and trust with prospective and existing students and clients.
- Good knowledge of social media is an added advantage.
- Collaborate with departments to manage brand awareness and reputation.
- Maintain and updating school information record and database.
- Assist with all admission related tasks including preparations and assistance at school's events.
- Handling student's enquiries, complaints and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Managing the mailing system of the company, receiving packages, deliveries and letters.
Job Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum qualification of HND / OND
- Experience in similar role will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MSOffice packages.
- Social media savvy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Applicants should live in Surulere and its environs.
