The coordinator is responsible for the implementation, and evaluation of training activities during the training sessions, with help and supervision from the company and instructors.

Frontend Vue.js Engineering Job Description: Job duties and responsibilities

• Conduct, plan, and coordinate training to a variety of audiences.
• Provides feedback and coaching to participants as part of the learning experience.
• Scores weekly tests, track and report participants activities.
• Assists in measuring the effectiveness of learning
• Checks and tests for understanding
• Assists in educating employees on the use of the Agulite Learning Management System
• Collaborate with the administrative team to assess, design, develop and maintain training solutions and component

REQUIREMENTS

• Is a Frontend Vue.js Engineering expert with experience and a robust portfolio
• Previous experience as a coordinator/trainer will be an added advantage
• Provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Works hard for the success of others
• Is an active listener and has the ability to follow up
• Must have attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player, results-oriented, flexible to adapt to a variety of situations and engages in collaborative goal setting
• Time management skills (i.e., prioritization, timely follow-up, with other responsibilities and meets deadlines)
