job description - General Manager
- Oversee all aspects of the business (production, sales, marketing, operations, logistics, procurement, inventory & finance) of the fashion house, ensuring that all departments work effectively & efficiently.
- Manage/supervise the staff of the fashion house.
- Recruit, train, & develop a talented team of professionals.
- Ensure all productions materials are available.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure that all products are designed & produced to the highest standards, & that the brand's reputation for quality & innovation is maintained.
- Monitor industry trends & competitor activities to identify opportunities & threats, & develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Establish & maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, & industry influencers.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- 2 - 3 years work experience in a similar position at a fashion house.
- Female.
- 27 - 32 years old.
- Fashion designing skills.
- Good knowledge about managing a fashion house.
- Proven track record of driving growth & profitability in a fashion business.
- Passion for fashion, with a strong sense of style & creativity.
- Strong leadership & management skills.
- Organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Good understanding of fashion industry trends & consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
