Government Relations ManagerIN-VR

We are looking for an energetic, unstoppable Government Relations Manager to join our team.

You will be responsible for growing and maintaining IN-VR’s consulting presence in a big part of Africa - and potentially the MENA region - with my/ our full support.

You will be expected to work closely with the Governments in the region, understand their needs and then orchestrate (along with our marketing department) their 12/24 months strategy to attract the necessary investments they need for their Nation’s future. You will work closely with teams across IN-VR’s organization, specifically Product, Sales, and Marketing to establish positioning and messaging, build the strategies, develop sales enablement content, and drive brand awareness and lead generation through ongoing communication and promotion programs.

Required qualifications & experience

• BA or MA with sound knowledge of international politics, economics, business management, marketing or communications*
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in sales, with a proven track record of closing opportunities autonomously
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and French (with additional languages such as Spanish, Arabic or Mandarin as a major plus)
• No travel restrictions
• Previous experiences in African and Middle Eastern markets are a plus
• Based most of the year incompatible time zones with Central European Time
• Experience in attending conferences and other Public Relations events
• Knowledge in Energy and/ or Oil and Gas is a plus
