job description - Growth Manager


  • To define the company’s growth plan.
  • Coordinating and executing the growth plan laid out.
  • Responsible for optimizing the revenue funnel.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy and aggressive sales plan metrics designed to create accountability and meet company revenue goals.
  • Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
  • Reviews all major deliverables.
  • Consistent reporting and updates via sales customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Provides regular two-way communication with the client to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Approves work orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing sales leadership of any problems that may arise.
  • Reports to the sales manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Growth Manager.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
  • 2+ years of experience in a job in the Techmarket.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical background.
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorit
