  • Asset Management Group is in search for a talented individual who has the drive and ability to structure process, monitor results and help grow businesses to join our team as an Growth Manager.
  • Our preferred candidate will be required to manage a work HUB for temp offices, grow the hub and be responsible for its marketing, sales, strategy and it's overall operations.

Job Description
As an Operations Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Create and execute marketing and sales strategies to grow hub.
  • Meet and surpass monthly financial target set for the hub.
  • Articulate a vision rooted in the local context and set clear goals that will serve as milestones for progress.
  • Engage closely with the central support teams to create the best co-working space in the city.
  • Manage the monthly Hub MIS and coordinate with the central team to create and deploy new processes
  • Create and maintain relationships with local startup ecosystem partners, and event organizers.
  • Ensure all the stakeholders - investors, mentors, startups, freelancers/professionals, NGOs / social startups across services and sector types are present in and frequent the space.
  • Lead marketing activities of the hub and represent the company in various startup events, both internally and externally.
  • Manage the upkeep and space design of the facility, equipment, and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
  • Implement and measure clear KPIs for each sub- department of facilities.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department; manage invoice, billing and ensuring payment from members.
  • Manage all deployed manpower like security, housekeeping and other administrative staff
  • Conceptualize multiple approaches to solving a problem and draw out a clear road map with various responsibilities.
  • Visionary with attention to detail on the smooth functioning of the hub.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Master's in Business Management, Project Management, MBA or any related course.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience as an Operations Manager in a co-working space with a minimum of 6years in Operations management
  • Experience opening new business units, including commercial properties, hotels, etc is desired
  • Passion towards the goal of enabling and developing the startup ecosystem.
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills with a flair for both written and verbal communication
  • Diversified people management skills.
  • Resourceful, customer-centric and entrepreneurial.
