Our client intends to carry out a survey of Hausa farmers and is in need of Hausa speaking agents with good communication skills to help gather information from the Hausa speaking farmers
Requirements:
Handle people or enquiries via telephone, emails, chats or text messages.
Make outbound calls.
Ensure that the people called are respected and satisfied.
Gather information from survey respondents
Consistently ensure outbound call quality
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Exhibiting competent Knowledge in a language area
Promote good listening skills
Manage length of calls.
Adherence to call script/survey sheet and call centre policies.
