The ideal candidates will perform the following functions:
- Provide leadership to the Advisory department by developing strategic plans, setting goals and objectives for the department and the teams as well as strategies for improving efficiency, increasing revenue and managing cost
- Identify, build an establish long-term relationships with clients and securing repeat business leveraging market intelligence
- Work with team to conduct research on topical issues related to target industries/sectors and regulatory changes/ developments
- Identify and explore strategic partnership with reputable organizations for collaboration on thought leadership or project execution
- Oversee Strategy Development And Retreats, HR Advisory, Technology Advisory, Board and Governance Advisory, other Advisory services
- Prepare high standard proposals and client project report

Requirements
- Master’s Degree
- Professional membership: CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, ACCA/ICAN and other relevant certifications
- 15+ years’ experience out of which minimum of 7 years in top consulting organizations at management level
- The Head, Advisory will have relevant experience management consulting.
