job description - Human Resource Officer
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Developing programmes that enhance employee relations
- Ensuring employees have correct pay and benefits
- Delivering compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team
- Promoting equality, health and safety within the company
- Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
- Advising executives on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
- Recording and processing confidential information
- Drives client management and planning including understanding program value, vision, and measures of success.
- Acts as the primary client partner for solution implementation and client service.
- Monitors, manages, and communicates overall value and proposition.
- Acts as a trusted advisor for
clients, proactively identifying opportunities to address client
objectives (e.g., improve cost of care for their members). - Partners with teams to promote client satisfaction, retention and drive enhanced value to the client solutions.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc with 2 - 5 years work experience.
