- We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Human Resource Generalist to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, and grievance/dispute resolution amongst others.
Job Specifications
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Law, Business Administration or Human Resource
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years prior experience in human resource administration and management
- Microsoft Word proficient
- Understanding and knowledge of human capital management and business partnering.
- Have strong understanding of human resource or employment/labour law and compliance
- Ability to develop and implement company policies and procedures.
- Excellent supervision, business presentation skills, organization and leadership abilities, self-motivated with a result-driven approach and problem-solving skill.
- Strong analytical, critical, deep, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
- Flexible and adaptability skill
- Ability to work under pressure
- Below 35 years of age.
