- We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team.
- The HR Specialist will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices and experience in managing all aspects of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Review and edit resumes, cover letters, and other application materials
- Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to clients to improve their interviewing skills
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures, employee relations, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a positive work environment and a culture of inclusivity.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement.
