- Responsible for engaging in all the activities and procedures adopted by the HMO to ensure effective and efficient oversight to achieve optimal satisfaction and maintain business profitability.
Job Responsibilities
- Enrolment (Onboarding of enrollees, Card production, Client termination)
- Premium computation and a notice of suspension
- Client reinstating and Provider change
- Assist Medical Operations with enrollees/providers to process information in response to inquiries and requests on partnership experience
- Production and profit analysis
- Notice of suspension, demand letters and policy documents
- Client reinstating and Provider change
- Liaise with enrollees/providers to process information in response to enquiries and requests on partnership experience
- Social Media influencing
- Information and communication technology
- Any activity requested by Management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a similar role in Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or handling HMO desk in a hospital
- Must possess outstanding ICT and Administrative skills.
