JOB DESCRIPTION
.A successful IT Support maintains the computer networks of the organisation, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. He /She will also get involved with digital marketing, content creation and assist with managing social media accounts.
Basically, this IT support job position is for a Tech savvy individual who is passionate about developing his technical knowledge and skills (both in hardware and software)and utilizing same to solve problems
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company both in person or over the phone
- Setting up accounts for new users /staff and training them for effective usage
- Carry out effective digital marketing and content creation for company products and services
- Manage company social media accounts to grow the online presence of the company and the benefits thereof
JOB REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Although a formal tertiary education degree is not compulsory, a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related courses will be an advantage.
- Sound technical and practical knowledge in computers, hardwares, systems, networks, etc
- knowledge in digital marketing and content creation with good online presence
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines, to prioritise and delegate with a keen eye for detail.
- Great Communication, Interpersonal, Problem solving, Teamwork and collaboration skills.
SALARY
#120,000 monthly plus HMO
