- Manage the kitchen activities to ensure it’s smooth & efficient operation
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, & presentation to ensure guests receive the best quality food
- Control food costs & inventory
- Train & supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality & service
- Develop & maintain recipes & menu items, ensuring food quality & accuracy in portion sizes
- Maintain a clean, organized, & safe kitchen environment
- Manage vendor relationships & order supplies
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND / NCE qualification.
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience.
- Female.
- 28 - 35 years old.
- Culinary certification is an advantage.
- Previous work experience in this role or as a Chef, Cook or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, & presentation.
- Experience with ordering food supplies/ingredients, inventory management, & portion/food cost control.
- Leadership skills & the ability to motivate & inspire team members.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment & multitask.
Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 monthly (will be determined by work experience level)
