- Represent corporate and individual client interests and execute instructions diligently
- Research and draft various types of legal documents, such as court processes, contracts/agreements/proposal reviews
- Liaise with government agencies in the execution of clients’ instructions
- Advise clients on matters of law and evidence and the strength of their case
- Undertake legal research into relevant points of law
- Write opinions, and advise solicitors and other professionals
- Understand and interpret the law
- Master and manage legal briefs
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- 5-7 years of cognate experience.
- Experience in Drafting, Negotiating, and Reviewing legal documents.
- Must possess good Interpersonal, Communication, and Public Speaking skills.
