• Represent corporate and individual client interests and execute instructions diligently
• Research and draft various types of legal documents, such as court processes, contracts/agreements/proposal reviews
• Liaise with government agencies in the execution of clients’ instructions
• Advise clients on matters of law and evidence and the strength of their case
• Undertake legal research into relevant points of law
• Write opinions, and advise solicitors and other professionals
• Understand and interpret the law
• Master and manage legal briefs

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• 5-7 years of cognate experience.
• Experience in Drafting, Negotiating, and Reviewing legal documents.
• Must possess good Interpersonal, Communication, and Public Speaking skills.
