job description - Logistics Supervisor
- Monitor fleet vehicles/trucks/bikes on transit.
- Ensure that the operational arm of logistics goes smoothly and is excellent.
- Dispatch riders and drivers to complete deliveries.
- Track and fix delivery errors.
- Track the movements of riders and drivers.
- Ensure that all vehicles' documentation are up to date.
- Oversee all fleet dispatching protocols.
- Plan riders’ delivery routes.
- Monitor riders and drivers.
- Ensure excellent logistic service delivery.
- Other applicable tasks that might arise.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Must have experience working in a Logistics Company
- Good leadership skills
- Must be able to manage riders
- Must be able to work under pressure.
