job description - Maintenance / Facility Manager
- Qualification: B.Sc / HND in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
- Must have registered with COREN or registrable with COREN
- Minimum of 10 years work experience in a Five Star Hotel.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent knowledge of the following:
- Passenger lift system
- Working of electronic door system
- Laundry equipments
- Kitchen / bakery equipment
- Electronic doors
- Fire Alarm equipment
- Water treatment / pool equipments and system
- Capacity to lead a team of artisans to carry out simple repair on furniture, electrical and other secondary items in other to make sure that the facility is always kept at it original form.
