job description - Manager, Outsourced Services
- Reporting to the Partner, Outsourced Services. The role holder would be responsible for directing all aspects of the outsourced services and operations, ensuring quality services delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Auditing the team’s payroll transactions to ensure that accounts, payment dates, and taxes are accurate and up to date.
- Resolve escalated team and client’s inquiries related to resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
- Supervise the preparation and issuance of bills, receipts, and invoices, ensuring it meets established procedures and timelines.
- Oversee assigned project work and make recommendations to management regarding procedure and system improvements.
- Reviews the annual budget and monitors the budget against actual revenues and expenditures on an ongoing basis.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, quarterly financial reports.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any relevant field with a minimum of second-class upper or upper credit.
- Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria or its equivalent.
Other Requirements:
- Seven (7) years relevant post NYSC experience
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Good IT skills, competent user of Microsoft Office and IT applications
- Communication skills
- Ability to prepare individual and corporate tax returns.
