job description - Manager, Outsourced Services


  • Reporting to the Partner, Outsourced Services. The role holder would be responsible for directing all aspects of the outsourced services and operations, ensuring quality services delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Auditing the team’s payroll transactions to ensure that accounts, payment dates, and taxes are accurate and up to date.
  • Resolve escalated team and client’s inquiries related to resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
  • Supervise the preparation and issuance of bills, receipts, and invoices, ensuring it meets established procedures and timelines.
  • Oversee assigned project work and make recommendations to management regarding procedure and system improvements.
  • Reviews the annual budget and monitors the budget against actual revenues and expenditures on an ongoing basis.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, quarterly financial reports.

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any relevant field with a minimum of second-class upper or upper credit.
  • Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria or its equivalent.

Other Requirements:

  • Seven (7) years relevant post NYSC experience
  • Good analytical skills
  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Good IT skills, competent user of Microsoft Office and IT applications
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to prepare individual and corporate tax returns.
