job description - Marketing And Creative Design Officer
- Provide in house graphic designs for online and offline channels.
- Help maintain a consistent brand identity throughout all communications.
- Responsible for media channel brand promotion and design.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns in alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content and creatively handle various online marketing tools (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, podcasts etc.)
- Manage end-to-end digital projects.
- Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness.
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media.
- Suggest and implement marketing methods to increase profitability.
- Carry out other marketing activities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND academic qualification in Marketing, Digital Media or relevant field. Qualification in web/graphic design or animation is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years proven work experience in Digital Marketing or any related role.
- Must be Tech Savvy.
- Experience with visual communication principles.
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
- Ability to implement & measure Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing.
- Skilled in Social media marketing and other marketing platforms.
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software.
- Excellent creative, analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
